With over 25 years in international Supply Chain business for listed companies, Muriel Blom has started supply chain delivery as a means to exchange her knowledge, expertise and experience as well as her network to companies with Supply Chain challenges.

Muriel started her career in Procurement. She soon expanded her scope through dedicated study and by taking on additional responsibilities in materials management and later for the full supply chain. From 1997 onward, she joined the boards of European Head Quarters of mainly American and also Japanese and Swedisch multinationals, heading the EMEA supply chains covering a wide range of specialties: sourcing and buying, demand- en supply planning, import primarily from Asia and the US, multi modal transportation, European distribution planning, inventory management, warehousing, customer service and many different ICT projects and implementations.

Her strength lies in analyzing and optimizing the whole value chain. Her key words are building and growing. Her approach is to connect people to processes. She starts with the commercial strategy and strength of the organization, creates and develops high performing supply chain excellence plans and builds strong, motivated and intelligent teams to realize implementation and sustainable growth.
